So when i saw the phobos junctions requirements i immediately knew the cephalon fragments were a hassle, but i had no idea how bad it would be. Though i have never seen them anywhere on mars, i have done capture maps plenty of times and searched every crevice on the map but yet to find anything.

Put thief�s wit mod on your warframe. The best place to get cephalon fragment on mars in the hijack mission (forgot the name). A some what easy way to find cephalon fragments on mars for the phobos junction.you will need the mod thiefs wit, +20 is enough.
