Lab takes around 10 months (i went to th11 with pekkas and some garbage left to do on the last week of december/first week of january, iirc. If you consider doing walls too , its all on how much loot you gain, to max all walls to lv 9 amd then to lv 10 can take another 3 to 4 months. First things first,maxing out a th10 if you already have a maxed th9 will take 6 to 7 months excluding some lab upgrades for your troopsand have 5 builders working constantly.only possible if you have 5 builders.if you completely max out th10,it will take about a year.
